    20-20 LiveLINQ is a web solution that receives and processes orders from dealers who are using LiveORDER. The solution integrates with your ERP or order processing system without the need for extensive custom programming. The electronic receipt of orders saves time, avoids errors and miscommunication, thereby reducing your costs and increasing your profits.

    Real-time order status communication between you and submitting dealers and retailers is possible with LiveLINQ and orders can be tracked at every step of the order’s lifecycle. The ability to attach detailed information such as drawings and instructions and engage in Live Chat further reduces the possibility of errors and order processing times.

    It is not necessary to install or run 20-20 LiveLINQ on multiple computers unless you are integrating to multiple Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or order entry solutions.

    20-20 LiveLINQ has been designed from the ground up to be a very intuitive and user-friendly application, with a multitude of features that make order processing a breeze!  In addition to 20-20 LiveLINQ’s online help and various tutorial videos, all 20-20 LiveLINQ participating manufacturers receive training on the solution by one of 20-20’s implementation specialists.

  • Is it available outside the USA and Canada?
    At the present time, 20-20 LiveORDER and 20-20 LiveLINQ are only available to the North American market.
  • We have limited IT resources; will we need to hire a full time IT person ?
    No.  20-20 provides a completely turn-key solution.  Furthermore, 20-20 LiveLINQ is designed to eliminate the need for expensive and extensive custom programming.  All required setup is done through the application’s various User Interfaces (Uis) and does not require programmers.  Any resource with knowledge of the manufacturer’s product line (nomenclature, features, options, etc.) can easily perform the required setup.
